After reading so many kind comments about Willow, I thought I’d take her picture and show her off a bit. She looks much better than she did last week. She however, was not going to cooperate. Perhaps she figured that if she closed her eyes, my camera and I would disappear. (I’ve tried this technique myself when someone wishes to take my picture.)
By the end of our photo session, this is the best she would give me. Her ear is still a little droopy, as is her eye. But all in all, she’s a happy little thing.
On Willow’s behalf, thank you, my friends, for all of your good wishes.
xx
Willow is so, so sweet. I'm glad she's feeling better!
ReplyDeleteThanks Melissa! That means a lot! I wish she was still a puppy:)
DeleteOh Valerie Willow is indeed a beauty and I am so happy she is doing OK. Hug B
ReplyDeleteThanks, B! Willow and I appreciate that:)
DeleteShe still looks like a puppy! Hope she is doing ok. I wish her ALL THE BEST.
ReplyDeleteThanks Lisa! She still acts like a puppy most of the time too:) I still have a hard time believing she's 16!
ReplyDeleteShe is so adorable! And looks really good! So funny about the first photo - my husband and I joke when our cats won't open their eyes for us that they're thinking, "if I don't see them, they're not really there!" haha. Hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend and give Willow a big hug for me please!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the pictures of Willow. It's nice she's up and around, even if she is a bit camera-shy.
ReplyDeleteI have the same problem with Aggie, my cat. She'll be sleeping in this adorable position, as cats tend to do. I'll grab my camera and sneak up on her, but she always hears the camera and is gone in a flash:~)
Happy week to you, Valerie!
Willow is utterly adorable! My parents have a dog who is also likes to run in the opposite direction of a camera so I understand the difficulty of getting a good picture. I hope she continues to do well!
